Once your building details are finalized, we provide clear pricing and outline what is included. Any upgrades or optional features are explained upfront so there are no surprises later.
We also provide a realistic timeline so you know what to expect before moving forward.
Site Preparation and Permits

Proper site preparation is required before any installation can take place. The installation area must be accessible, cleared, and reasonably level prior to your scheduled install date.
Site preparation, including grading, gravel, concrete, or other foundation work, is the responsibility of the property owner and is not included in our services. We will provide general guidance on what is required so you can prepare your site correctly ahead of time.
Permit requirements vary by location. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify and obtain any required permits or approvals before installation.
Delivery and Installation

Your building is delivered and professionally installed according to your approved specifications. Most installations are completed in four to seven days, depending on size and site conditions.
We coordinate the process so installation is efficient and hassle-free.
Long-Term Use and Protection

Your steel building is designed for long-term performance and is backed by manufacturer warranties covering materials and structural components under normal use.
Once installation is complete, your building is ready to use immediately.
