When we give you a price, it covers exactly what you asked for — building, options, and full installation by our crew. No surprise add-ons. Site prep, concrete, and permits are on you, and we’ll make that clear upfront so there’s no confusion.

We offer standard roll-up garage doors and sectional track doors (white only). Door widths range from 9 to 12 feet. Walk-in man doors are also available. Windows can be added to sidewalls. You choose how many and where they go — it’s all part of your custom quote.

We offer R-19 Batt insulation and R-9 Double Bubble insulation. If you plan to heat, cool, or work in the building year-round, insulation is strongly recommended — and significantly easier to add during installation than after.

Permit requirements vary by city, town, and county across Western NY. Some areas require a building permit, others don't. It's the property owner's responsibility to contact your local code enforcement office, verify what's required, and obtain any necessary permits before installation.

You'll need a level concrete pad poured to match your building dimensions. Reach out before you pour and we'll confirm the exact specs for your size. The site also needs to be accessible to our crew and delivery trucks with clearance around the perimeter. Any local concrete contractor can handle the prep work — it's straightforward.

Most buildings are installed in 4 to 7 days depending on size, options, and site conditions.

Probably not. Moisture inside a steel building is almost always condensation, not a roof leak — the same way a cold glass sweats on a warm day. The fix is better ventilation: roof vents, windows, and doors allow moisture to escape. Insulation and vapor barriers help significantly. If you plan to use the building as a heated workspace, discuss insulation options upfront.

A 25% payment is required to begin production of your custom steel building. Because every building is manufactured to your exact specifications — dimensions, colors, doors, and layout — this payment is earned upon receipt and initiates the manufacturing process. Full payment terms are provided in your contract.
