The 30×40 is our most-requested size — and for good reason. At 1,200 square feet, it’s large enough for a serious workshop or multi-vehicle garage, but compact enough to keep costs controlled and the permit process straightforward. Most customers use them as a 2–3 car garage with workspace, equipment storage, or an agricultural building.
Every 30×40 we build uses 12-gauge Flo-Coat® galvanized tubular steel framing on 4-foot centers — 33% stronger than conventional tubing — with 29-gauge steel panels on the roof and sidewalls.
